Brian Fetzko holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Pace University in Pleasantville, NY. Following college, Mr. Fetzko attended Touro Law School in Central Islip, NY, where he earned his law degree in 2008. Mr. Fetzko began his career as a general practitioner with a focus on bankruptcy law, criminal law, and real estate law. He is admitted to practice law before the state courts of New York and New Jersey, as well the United States District Court, Southern District of New York and United States District Court, District of New Jersey. Mr. Fetzko is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, and Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar Association.
